The challenge

A start up business with a completely new concept but no idea of how to develop a brand and a marketing strategy.

What we did

We helped the founder define his vision and the concept and service offering, with a good understanding of the key attributes and benefits to the customer. We profiled the competition and then segmented his target customers. From this, we developed a strategic marketing plan.

The result

He decided against a big launch and focused on getting a demo model up and running with a clear web site. Most marketing funds were spent on very focused and targeted customers and he is now seeing a wealth of enquiries with some potential big alliances that will generate on going sales leads.
