The challenge

No key individual was responsible for NPD. Muller needed a programme of new products with detailed planning and a major new launch in 1998.

What we did

We fulfilled a full time position to create an NPD programme and identified a huge opportunity for a kids range of yoghurt desserts. We created and developed the concept and product through to its own kids marketing and web site.

The result

The launch of a whole family of Yogz products now estimated to be worth £23m.
